Information

Practical course where the participant works on their own bike.

• Bearing Maintenance: Disassemble and adjustment of the bottom bracket, steering and rear hub
• Installing a chain
• Adjusting brake and gear systems
• Lubrication and installation of cables and conduits
• Aligning a wheel
• Use of tools specific to the participant's bike

Prerequisite: Troubleshooting or good manual skills
Minimum age: 14 years
Duration: 14 hours (Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)

Level: Novice
